I'm sure most dog owners are well intentioned, at least round my area they appear to be, but there is a large wild park at the top of my road with woods along one side. The dogs are let off the leash to run around the park and into the trees and consequently the owners don't know where their dogs are downloading. This is obvious by the amount of the stuff over there while there is little or none in the streets these days.

No, it's not irony because I look after my dog and make sure she doesn't give it loads in the shitting and pissing environment to affect humans. Unlike some vile thing who has shoot like an animal and made sure another human will have to touch his/her shoot. So don't put us all the same.

Most parks do not let dogs in the play areas. If they do, judge the park keepers, not the dog owners, because they should be shoved out straight away..

+1... all my local parks have the kiddies play areas firmly fenced in and gated, complete with " no dogs" signs.

excuse me, but what decent person lets their dog off the lead in the kids area? wardens can't be everywhere at once, which is why the onus is on the dog owners to behave appropriately. the fact that dogs aren't allowed doesn't seem to bother some people.

No problem mate. It wouldn't be my dog's shite on the shoe - so why should I worry about it? My dog's shoot is in the dog shoot bin and never comes anywhere close to a kid.

You're dealing with the wrong people. Look at those around, not the one's who play by the rules.

Yuk, that's horrible, I often have to clean my Mother's dog, It's a Saluki (?) and loves nothing better than rubbing it hairy face in shoot, it's a digusting job, but human shoot? Yikes! I don't want to think about it

Maybe he/she "had to go" and at least they covered it up Where do homeless people shoot?
