Hi
What would I need to add disc brakes to my triban 5 and how much would you say this would cost?

Agh ok then not doing thatYou would need a new frame and forks for a start if your Triban is not made for disc brakes.
The pads and tyres are standard I not sure what really to upgrade, I keep hearing ppl saying get disc brakes for winter. Plus got them on my mtb and the topping power is soooo better. Can I ask why you want to add disc brakes? Have you considered just upgrading the pads?
Yes not long got the bike lolHaven't you just bought this bike?
Assuming these are them I don't think they are pricey!Koolstops are good. Pricey but good and last well.

Especially when I pay 60 quid for a pair of APEC brakes for the car.
Sweet, just ordered some!Very good that-think I paid 12 quid a pair last time I got some.
