I saw it on the news. It did actually make my black heart beat a bit faster but I thought it was a bit unfair to choose that particular location. Cruel too.

The one in Bristol drew in the crowds. I'm surprised this one wasn't planned to be over the summer holidays, but maybe it's an attempt to pull people to Weston outside the main season. Some will want to stay overnight, and most will buy food etc. so perhaps the council?
I'm hoping it will move the building forward in some way to find a long term use for that site.
