Do bicycle helmets increase drag?

No. And even if they did introduce a bit of drag, that would be outweighed by the added safety factor.
TT helmets reduce drag.
The vents are there to create an airflow over the head keeping your head ventilated.

Mine says 'Spiuk' and I've never known how to pronounce it.

I got a helmet which is full of vents. Does such helmets add much drag?

For your average cyclist? no. besides, Unless your in a race you really benefit from the plethora of inefficiencies found in the world of cycling. You do not get fast by perfecting your kit but by building your fitness level ;) (please remind me about this post regularly, particularly around payday)
