Do I eat too much cheese?

Everyone seems to have stopped eating cheese last week, I ascertained after realizing there was still cheese left pre-shop. This has highlighted my cheese habit, which is about 500grams a week. I asked the internet if this was good or bad and it said

Yes: No: Cheese the alternatives: Is Primula cheese: Crackers

So I need some comparisons. In truth it's only about 490grams as the dog has a cheese habit too. I'm not including the coleslaw in this question either.

How ever much you eat, it's not too much. Ever.

I need the fats in it to help me with my diving as fatty tissues on and off gas better . So if I eat cheese and bacon butties after I surface I can accelerate my deco.

This may be utter bollix ( it is )

I love cheese and like the blue cheeses best , then the Italian hard cheeses. The dentist says I need calcium and that's a really easy way to get it in me.

(good) cheese is one of the finest things. Pound of cheese a week sounds quite a lot but not ridiculous. My pet theory is to eat only modest amounts of meat, relatively little sweets, and not worry overmuch about anything else.

Crackle eating crackers? Ha ha.
I don't eat crackers, apart from those Carrs melts occasionally. I do eat rice cakes, believe it or not. This is because they don't taste of anything and leave my cheese and coleslaw untarnished and is less messy than dipping my cheese in the coleslaw and losing half of it and getting coleslaw on my fingers as I fish it out.

Those rice crackers are best used as packing material, oat cakes are what you want.

Half a kilo of cheese per week?

You're all good if that's accompanied by a quarter kilo of biscuits, a quarter kilo of grapes and five bottles of red.

Coleslaw may only be consumed on rare occasions and only if served during a barbeque.
