The few times that I have lived without a dog in the house I have found it most disconcerting that all the cheese rinds I throw on the kitchen floor are still there the next day.

There no such thing as a disgusting food. I had cod tongue last week. Lovely, okay the outer layer was different and there was a fair bit of gelatin. All the same very nice. Where's your adventurous spirit? Your supposed to grow out of fussy eating when your adult!

I've only had it in a restaurant - but I assume slowly on low heat, like trotters. Rich & slightly sweet, fatty (in a good way) - superb. Worked well served with black pudding.
