I didn't have any lunch today.
Miss Goodbody has promised me a fish supper though.

I had bread and cheese. Only problem was I'm away camping on the bike and forgot the sharp knife, so it was lumps of bread and bits of cheese nibbled straight off the lump (or whatever a bit of cheese is called).
Might not have been poncy but tasted fantastic sat in the sun with my back to a field gate just off a little back road.

Today I had a quorn beef slice in a brown bread roll and a toffee crisp bar.
Yesterday I had a salad made from chick peas,feta, rocket, apples with a mint /sherry vinegar and olive oil dressing.

How can you have quorn beef?? Beef comes from cattle. Not a fungus

I never understand why vegetarian meat substitutes are marketed as 'meat'

No! Nuggets are not proper food. In fact they barely scrape in as food at all.

Proper food is not pressed or extruded onto a shape in a factory.
