Do I need to download this MS update?

It was patch Tuesday yesterday and the usual bunch of stuff from MS waiting to download.

I couldn't really work out what this one is and it seems to me I may not need it.

It's a minor, non security related, update therefore there in no urgent need to install it.

MS have been known to issue updates that have crashed peoples systems so it is good practice to wait a week or so before installing any updates to make sure any teething problems are sorted.

As long as you are having no issues you can ignore this update for the time being but in the long run you may as well install it at some point.

Thanks. I asked because the updates have caused me to crash before, so I usually download them manually now and only the ones that are really necessary.
