I used to know someone who worked where sausages and pork pies were made. When he told me one of the ingredients that was permitted to be in pork pies but not sausages, I never looked at pork pies the same way again. Still not sure if he was pulling my leg.
You forgot ox tongue and sweetbreads.You'd be put off a lot of meat based products if you thought too much about them meanwhile I'll contine to enjoy:
