do you mention CC to other cyclists?

When I am out on a ride and get the chance to talk to another cyclist for what ever reason, I always point them here

Does anyone else do that?

I was on the cycle path to Clackmannan yesterday, these two guys stopped for water, at a bit, where I had to really almost stop to get through the "style" so I mentioned it to them
