i've got cheap aldi saddles with holes on on two bikes. whether they are bit savers, only time will tell…

I think mine does, I voted yes, but now I'm not actually sure. Actually I think it doesn't, but it does dip a bit. Woops. I've mucked up your poll :smile:

No because I don't have a problem with a Brooks B17, a fairly wide saddle, unlike with narrower kit such as a Selle Marco Rolls or Swift.

Mine has a dip in it, presumably to help with that, but I still end up with numb nuts and a tingly numb wotsit, might go out again;)

I have had two kids since getting a B17 Narrow, so it hasn't done me any harm!

Yet.

On one bike yes, on the other no. The one with a hole is the saddle it came with, before i was aware of such potential issues. No numb nuts for me though, it's never raised itself (so to speak) as a problem.
