Warmer for me, but only just.
I do like a nice crisp cool morning ride. Fewer numpty cyclists out on the roads, doper peds installed on sofas indoors, etc, but go much colder and you get cars with misted up windows , peds with hoods up, ice patches.
The best thing about the warm weather is knowing that it'll (probably) be nice tomorrow / weekend / whenever your next ride is planned. Dressed correctly, the heat (and cold) can be dealt with, but I'd rather be dealing with sunscreen and water bottles than gloves, overshoes, jackets, de-icer, etc.
