wobbly..... will upload some slightly better ones onto my youtube thing later, some of it is ok:biggrin:

The guy sitting on the bench who briefly comes into view had ridden up the hill on a unicycle much to the amusement of some of the walkers.

My camera was bar mounted on a cross bike so would be a bit shaky, next time it is either helmet mounting or on the mtb as it has plush suspension. Probably be ok on the Moulton but I would have crashed every 30 yards going down this hill:tongue:

Aaaargh! My eeeeeyes!

Oh...sorry...thought I was having a fit.
Looks like fun, although as you said that shaky camera is rather painful to watch! Also, did you pedal at any point!? In your shadow it always looks like you're freewheeling!

Yeh I pedalled a bit but I was aware that the camera was bouncing around so backed off, it was a bit sketchy on the cross bike as well, the mtb will be swifter over the rutty stuff.
The corners made my wife go eeek because it looks like you are going over the edge......
Next time I will use the mtb, might also attach the camera to my helmet [oeeer missus etc etc.... ]

We have a down hill freewheel race [on road] next weekend so I will attach it to the front of the Moulton, it will be a better picture, especially if I crash at 40 mph......

I look forward to it......oh er, I mean, um, not the crash, the footage!

If you have it on the mountain bike just make sure it is above the suspension and not below!

Last time I did any riding in the Malverns (I was there for a few years on the trot for the now defunct Malvern's Classic MTB Festival) I don't remember being able to find a hill with such a great view as in your video!

If you were over at Eastnor you wouldn't have been so high up. The Worcester Beacon is 1400 ft so is a good view point. It was a clear day as well, you could see the green on the Welsh mountains, they are usually black or you can't see them at all.

That's right, it was Eastnor deer park (and now the memories flood back!).

Thanks,

Dave.

If its a windows movie maker compatable format I tend to load it and edit there, then save as a new file at 3kps DVD quality. Tneds to make the file more manageble too

It does Quick Time files , so how do I shrink the files so Youtoobe accept them and doesn't give up after half an hour of uploading... ??
