Does anyone cycle RAB's with motorway slip lanes?

On my route along the A312 I come to a rather large RAB that goes under the M4. Coming up to this roundabout there are two lanes that open out into three lanes to accomodate the slip lane (onto the M4). The release of cars is controlled by traffic lights and this area can get very crowded. Hope your all still following.
Now I have to go straight over the roundaboat and I would like some advice on how to ride this safely. Thanks in advance.

Assuming it's this RAB. THe lights are your friend, they'll make it easier to get into a strong road position. Get into the middle of the nearside lane early, when it's still 2 lane, with LOADS of rear observation. From there act like a car going straight on.

It's a roundabout.

I do, but there's a footpath/ cycle lane on M5J25 to avoid most of it, though still one slip road to cross without lights to assist. I also regularly use the roundabout at M5 J26, where there's no sensible alternative.

They're not pleasant to negotiate, I just take extreme care. Whenever possible I plan a route to avoid them. No better suggestions than that so I'll go away!

i do them quite a lot, I just treat them as separate exits and get past each separately rather than considering them as roundabouts

I regularly cycle over the A1(M) in County Durham in and really have no issues, even at rush hour. Take up Primary in the correct lane as you get onto the entry and get over to the left as soon as you pass the exit before the one you want.

M62, Junctions 24 - 26. With lights on them, they're easier now. However that doesn't stop people from not seeing you!

The way I solved this problem was, take the middle lane and pedal like hell.

With care and thought on each situation.

I have a regular one where I judge the break between lights for the other RAB entrances, and then pedal like hell across to make sure it is very safe.
But recently I fast approached and slightly misjudged it by only 2 seconds or so, resulting in care needed from the fast accelerating drivers who would need to cut me up getting on their motorway.

I wont be rushing my thoughts on that one again. One bad driver and it could have been KO.
There is also footpath crossing but to be honest that is probably more dangerous overall.
