Not quite sure how to take that Speicher!
I do need to watch the tub though, have an unwanted spare roll and was hoping to be able to ride long distances again before I started to quit smoking. Wasn't planning on quitting just didn't fancy buying any more when I ran out on tuesday evening!
Already had the Mrs in a head lock, but she sucker punched me in the throat, so I decided to pick a fight with the kids and have just finished being chased round the house being shot by nerf darts with nothing but a lightsabre to protect myself!
But thanks to some for the support.

Remember - the craving lasts for 3 minutes, just try and ride it out until the next one. You'll get better at riding them out.
