Definitely not.

It doesn't pop in one of these.* I think that the bubble walls leak slightly as the vacuum takes a couple of minutes to pull and prevents popping, a bit like a plane climbing to 30,000 ft would have the pressure decrease slowly in the hold.

* we couldn't get eggs to explode in there either.

Now the explanation. The pressure difference between sea level and 30,000 feet is about 10psi which will not compromise the bubble wrap. The pressure difference between inside and outside the bubbles will rise from 15psi to 25 psi.

All bubble wrapped items that have arrive chez Vernon via airmail have not had the integrity of their bubbles compromised.

atmospheric pressure at 30000' is approx 1/3 of that at sea level, but I presume you're talking about sending something fragile in a cargo plane, in which case it'll be fine as cargo holds on passenger planes and cargo planes are pressurised(to about 0.7bar IIRC) or the eqivalent of about 10000 elevation, so no probs I would have thought.
