It looks ridiculous, like some kind of incontinence aid. They should have made it from black plastic. What will happen to that single rather weedy looking strap when the weight of the water and some tools are bouncing abound on the end of it? And what's this "heat" they keep on about? In Britain my head is always cold anyway, why would I want to soak it in water?
