Trouble is, they've printed the very first draft they came up with complete with jibberish and spelling mistakes

Seems like an ideal time to ask for both a refund and a free replacement advert, as it could do damage to your Business' image.

Dealt with many a newspaper in my previous Marketing posts... some real muppets out there (as can be said for every job though, I would imagine!!)
