DoJ could start Apple ebook price-fixing lawsuit this week

Both the DOJ and the European Commission's antitrust division have been investigating Apple and publishing houses Harper Collins, Penguin, Macmillan, Simon & Schuster and Hachette Livre over suspicions of price-fixing of ebooks - Lets hope they actually do it and not just turn a blind eye.
