Two years ago I went to Cairns, and a couple of months after I left the place was flooded following unseasonal rains.

Last year I was in Iceland, went for a stroll on a glacier then four months later it exploded.

This September it was St Lucia, and last weekend they got hit by the biggest hurricane for years and the town of Soufriere got decimated.


WTF, I'm off to Wengen on a walking holiday next year, so if the Eiger falls down you know who to blame.

My SIL is stuck out there ATM. She was due to fly back on Sunday, but not a lot of flights were running.
