Dont try to ride through undergrowth at 3 am :)

I was cycling home at 3 am after finishing nights along this piece of cyclepath ..

I was riding one handed pulling down the windproof over my back when i ran over something and i performed a mega wobble and rode straight into the undergrowth on the right of the picture narrowly missing going down into the ditch which a stream runs long.

Looking at the bike i have ripped the detachable section off my front crud racegaurds and my clothes are covered in bobbles , i will go check the tyres in a bit just in case i have a slowpuncture .

Thankfully it was silly o`clock so no one was about to witness my dive ......

Don't try to ride a tricycle for the first time on a cambered cycle path that's next to undergrowth.

I was given a try on a tricycle on the York Selby cycle path. It ended in an undignified encounter with the undergrowth as the camber took control of the steering and forced me into the stickbuds and nettles much to the amusement of the tricycle owner and his mates.

The stretch of cycle path looked strikingly familiar to the one posted above.
