Oh no, they're excellent. Ordered some stuff on the Sunday evening before Christmas not expecting to see it until closer to the New Year and it arrived on Christmas Eve! Top service.
Some cycle stores need to change their attitude & also embrace some modern thinking & apply it to their business model.
Although I have no retail experience I have found one or two reasonably lbs to be off hand & stuck in a bygone era.
Refused some work on one bike because I didn't buy it from them !!

I am sure it's not & I don't know this store.
Just a quibble about a couple of experiences I had & sometimes they end up wondering what went wrong with their business.
