Double posts and server issues

Since upgrading the server to the latest forum software on Friday evening there have been a lot of duplicate posts.

I've restarted the web server application but there are still a few minor issues so I'm going to restart the physical server which should clear all caches and hopefully get things back to normal.

CC will be offline for 10-20 mins whilst I do this so don't be alarmed.

Server has been rebooted. I'm now rebuilding all user caches and the search index, which will take some time. Hopefully this will resolve the double-posting and other minor problems.

Things seem to working okay again, but if you notice any duplicates that need removing or have any further problems, please let me know.
