Brief update:

I'm back on the bike! only a month off, and even in 5C drizzle and manchester traffic it's still such a joy compared to the buses. And faster even though I've lost quite a lot of stamina!.

Alyson France have recently contacted me to say their insurers are not contesting liability which considering they get 3 months to make that decision is fast work.

All in all pretty happy this morning!

UPDATE:
It's all over, cheque recieved Time to start bike/toy shopping.

Considering this was completely uncontested, and the insurers 2nd offer accepted (nearly twice the amount of their 1st offer!) It really is surprising how long it all takes - 7 months or so!

Alyson France %Co were the solicitors I used, and I'd happily reccomend them to anyone else - responsove, efficient and jargon free.
