I have seen some of the dodgiest DVDs around. Flimsy paper sleeves full of spelling mistakes (!!!) in the film description. When you watch it, there's people coughing, moving down the rows of seats, shakey camera action, you name it.

Nobody's caught me yet.

A few songs from music blogs. That's it. A bit like taping stuff off the radio with your cassette recorder when you were a kid (I assume here the reader is my age B) ) but much better quality. But theft, none the less. I wrote a couple of books some years ago, one of which you can download off some dodgy Russian sites, I've even done it myself, to see if it worked (it did). The publishers chase them up when they find them, but if they get it closed down, another springs up. I recognise it's kind of inevitable, and admire the patience of the person who scanned it all in and turned it into a pdf.

Trouble is, i've been doing it for so long...long long before you could buy MP3's etc online, it's kinda habit.

Stealing ? technically correct but (irrelevent in a way) i always worked on the principle that the mainstream musicians i'm interested in are fabulously rich compared to me. How much money do the Rolling Stones for instance want ?

I know it's not right, but DIGAF B) I conduct my life in every other way as correctly as i can.
