Prepare a way for the Lord

Basingstoke itself is not great for cycling, but this is a very enjoyable 38 mile loop around the town along country lanes which wind their way through rolling fields, farmland and woodlands. Just one tricky point to watch out for. Quite soon after after '22' the road bends round to the left and then exits North Waltham up a hill. Instead of following the road to the left, you need to make a right turn (essentially keep cycling straight). Obviously the road markings have changed since the route was mapped out.
