Think of Sharleen Spiteri

After some googling I've discovered that the yellow rose is the flower of the state of Texas and is also a traditional American folk song. Then I found out that Sharleen Spiteri was known as the lone star of Texas.
Yellow roses have always been my favourite but now thanks to Cycle Chat I have learnt some related random facts.
