Was a tad on the gusty side this morning going in over that Forth Road Bridge but geezo I got soaked through coming home!! Anyway gear is currently drying off on the radiators around the house which is allowed since the wife and kids are away for a few days

I'm fortunate enough to have a boiler/airing cupboard at work if it rains, and I don't bother about getting wet coming home. I carry waterproofs, but they're really for cold rather than wet weather.

I think the weather's gonna take a proper turn for the worse this week.....roll on next Spring!

Same story on the Clackmannanshire Bridge this morning - it was tough going at times, and I also got soaked on the way home!

To make matters worse, I suffered a p****ure on the way in too... so much for puncture protection and having a nice easy start to the week

At least at this time of the year if you get soaked going into work you can dry your clothes on the radiators. When they arn't on from March to October it isn't always warm enough to drive wet clothes.
