No. Cold or warm beer or cider is good for you. In fact it will actually enhance your performance on the bike.

I had a painful experience on a bike after some cold beer in Byron Bay. Cycling back to the camp site after a pleasant dinner with friends old and new i hit the corner of a broken drain cover, came off and scalped half my left side. Hobbled back to the camp site to find a snake hiding in my clothes.
I hate snakes

To quote Andrew Boorde on the subject of Ale in the 1540's

"Ale is made of malte and water; and they the which do put any other thynge to ale than is rehersed, except yest, barm, or goddesgood doth sophysicat there ale. Ale for an Englysshe man is a naturall drinke. Ale muste have these properties, it muste be fresshe and cleare, it must not be ropy, nor smoky, nor it must have no wefte nor tayle. Ale shulde not be dronke under .V. dayes olde. Barly malte maketh better ale than Oten malte or any other corne doth...."

"Yet it doth make a man fatte, and doth inflate the bely, as it doth appear about the doche (DUTCH) mennes faces and belyes."

Whereas John Bickerdyke has this advice on Tea in the 1880s:

Tea is a hot drink and most unsuitable to slake the thirst of a working man!

Or the Thomas Thetcher's moral epitaph in the grounds of Winchester Cathedral

Here sleeps in peace a Hampshire Grenadier,
Who caught his death by drinking cold small Beer,
Soldiers be wise from his untimely fall
And when ye're hot drink Strong or none at all.

I've read somewhere (so it must be true!) that drinking ice cold water burns more calories than warmer water. Your body warms the cold water, being the reasoning behind it. I suspect we're talking negligible difference, so don't think you can drink yourself slimmer!
I have an uncle who won't put butter onto toast, on the grounds that the melted butter is very bad for your health. Whilst observing this bizarre health ritual, he smokes over a pack a day; he is in now in his mid 80's and still in excellent health. His sister who always enjoyed copious amounts of butter on hot toast and never smoked died before she reached 70.
Maybe the struggling Tobacco industry could give him a job advertising the health benefits of smoking.

Useful if you want to get rid of a cold.
1 pint of ice cold water to body temperature = 21 kCal

I am always surprised at how much energy is in food - just looking at a bar a chocolate I will be enjoying later when out on the bike. 320kCal that is enough energy to boil enough water to make 19 cups of coffee! (200ml water per cup, tap water at 17°C)
You are taking this lark far too seriously. Exercise regularly and eat in moderation what you want. :becool:
