Saw this today

and hoped it was about all 2 wheeled road users, unfortunately not.
Thought the line "In a campaign run by the county council and police, drivers are being told the single largest cause of biker crashes is their behaviour at junctions. " was interesting, presumably because a motorbike is travelling very much quicker when a collision occurs the police attend due to injury, so are aware and run campaigns.
When a car pulls out, left hooks, close passes a cyclist, 99% of the time the police will not know as we shout, wave and carry on.
So any ideas on how to get the council or police to run a campaign to raise the profile of cyclists ?
