driving on the phone....

    Should the food based weapon system that was discussed here last week be called into play ?
    Sadly I suspect that if you threw an egg (or similar) at a (one)cellphone driver. you would of course be the first to be arrested....

    This will forever be your catchphrase as far as I'm concerned Lee ;)

    Paul, I was under the assumption that all drivers had immunity from prosecution apart from for speeding offences. A sort of unwritten rule between the driving fraternity and the CPS. As such, holding the phone horizontally and normally are common place on our roads with little to no retribution.

    I never answer the mobile when driving.

    I figure that with 1.5 tons of metal under my control, I should really have all my attention on the road!
