WTF is wrong with people here. Have you not been watching the news about drug driving in the past 2-3 years. Cannibis still inhibits your ability to drive sensibly, you are not being safe using drugs and driving, just as you'd be a complete twit to drive drunk. How the hell anyone can say "none of your business" is beyond me.

If you're old enough to drive you're old enough to know better and should grow up. If you get caught - tough.

Jacko, atleast fill out the details in the crimestoppers form. People have been caught for drugs offences from it, it is worth you doing something about this, even if its just that.

Hmmm. No expert - but probably depends on levels of intoxication. From my youth, my observation is that stoned drivers (I never drove stoned) tended to be very slow and cautious. Might be a problem to a road rager, but probably ok for cyclists!

I think you should report the car as being dangerously driven but that doesn't need you to mention the cannabis and definately not the smoking location.

An idiot driver when unintoxicated is not going to have their standards of driving improved when high. This guy/girl clearly is an idiot who drivers stupidly either way.

However I think if you are a good model driver when untoxicated then moderate cannabis use when driving does not make you any more dangerous as you concentrate 10x harder and drive slower and more cautiously.

You shouldnt give up the lay by smoking location because someone like myself who never smokes and drives may be with mates that night who are smoking. Then you just get police turning up and ruining a harmless night.

Will collar one of my neighbours who is a Seargeant with Cheshire Police and see what he thinks, he is VERY safety concious and will know the car as he is extremely observant (as you would expect), he will have clocked the car as there arent that many Pink Honda Jazz's on an 02 plate around.

If anyone smells weed from a lot of cars then they may be a bit used to it, not the norm here in Cheshire hence why I noticed, dont know what a stoned driver is like compared to a pissed one but neither is a good idea, I know people build a tolerance but anything that dulls your reactions cant be a road safety benefit.
