rear hub on DT Swisss 1850 more or less fell apart at the spoke holes, not impressed. However, the LBS took the wheel to send in for possible replacement (8500km on it) and gave me a loaner Mavic hoop until then, and said they would not see me stuck if DT Swiss failed to come through, so not so bad as I thought.
I still ordered myself up a pair of Campags though, any ol' excuse.....

went for a set of Zondas decent reviews all round.

I wouldn't imagine that DT swiss should even contemplate not replacing the faulty part, even after 8500km. it may highlight an issue or at least, give them some research material.

sounds like the LBS came through for you though, so all credit to them
