Back in 2009 I was briefly a member of DP and they were a lovely bunch.
Next year, if I get the all clear health wise, I'm planning to do Herne Hill training session with the aim to race in their Weds night leagues.
Need targeted training advice and structure but can build my own training plan if needed but was leaning towards joining DP again. However, with a pure track focus would VCL make more sense?
Any experiences on either side?
