Just round the corner from ASC Towers, some gibbon regularly parks his knackered Vectra on the pavement. At Christmas the tax ran out. By February the tax disc had been removed and by March the tyres were flat. "Sod this", I thought, and like a good citizen I reported it to DVLA. Result? Absolutely nothing.
So at 11.30 this morning I rang the Council. By 13.35 the Vectra had a 25kg clamp on the wheel and a huge ".. or else!" sticker on the windscreen. That's what I call prompt action.

Ok, ok.
When I went out again at 17.00 the knackered Vectra, sticker and clamp had all disappeared. So that's complaint to crushed vehicle in under 12 hours!
