E-Bay thinks I've moved to USA.

For some reason (since I cleared my cache, I think) whenever I log onto e-bay, it seems to think I am in America. All prices are now in $$$, and searching for items brings up results 4000 miles away . Despite my best efforts at resetting this so that I can revert to the UK site, I cannot find a way of doing it. Anybody know how it's done?

can't you just log into ebay.co.uk? I know I get prices in $s if I go onto ebay.com

Just make sure you are on .co.uk I've had the same thing from time to time

Yep; that works, thanks . Don't understand why it suddenly changed on my "favourites" (how ironic!) from logging me onto ebay.co.uk, to ebay.com.

I have a (vaguely) similar kind of problem when using my Galaxy Tab. It has the same screen resolution as my laptop, but some sites insist on serving me their mobile version despite me setting the User Agent to 'Desktop'. It is damn annoying to get a weedy little strip of content surrounded by vast areas of blank screen.

It's usually down to the cookies - clear all your cookies and see if that cures it.
