E-BIKE HELP! Gravel Bike with Drop bars

I'm looking to replace two bikes, one mountain and one road bike. The best solution I have seen is getting a Cyclocross/Gravel E Bike, like the Orbeo Gain 310, Raleigh Mustang, Ribble Gravel Ea.
I just wondered if anyone has any experience with these bikes and has any recommendations.
MY basic requirements were simply, a drop bar (essential), comfort and thick tyres 38-40mm. I do a lot of gravel/canal side and road cycling.
Any recommendations please !

I have an Orbea M21i gravel bike. I’ve done about 400 miles so far. Seems pretty good.
