Dunno about e-scooters but as a lad I had a scooter and was always falling off it, once they start 'twitching' at any speed that's it.:B)

I have a Kickbike and the large front wheel which makes all the difference. As a kid I rode those scooters with little wheels and they were an accident waiting to happen. You would not get me on an electric scooter.

That's some truly terrible and confused reporting that wibbles on and on about a footpath when it later sounds like it was the pavement, mentions someone being jailed and then it sounds like the jailed person drove a car into an e-scooter rider, and then finished off with some more wibble about private e-scooters being illegal because you can't buy insurance for them which isn't the main reason at all! It seems The Chronic doesn't get any better with age or distance.
