Early Morning call = fastest commute ever!

Motivation is exactly what's needed to smash those pb's

My ride home today was one of my fastest for some time, 17.5mph average helped by trying to set a few pr's on Strava
And it included a slower bit when I unexpectedly saw an old work colleague so rode with him for a mile or so, whilst chatting.

Woodbridge road hill ? I skirt round most of the hills and don't normally hit them until Witton / Claydon way on the old Norwich road. As you say virtually everywhere else round here is flat

Spring Road/ St Helens street.

Annoyingly the drag from Beech rd lights to the Hospital roundabout were I know I hit my fastest time hasn't been picked up by strava...lol have logged a support request so hopefully they can sort that one so I can see how far I have climbed
