anyone's ebay down? on all computers i have tried in the house it comes up with the log in screen and i log in but it just said can not load page
is it likely just a server down problem?

Absolutely. There will be auctions ending that people are waiting to dive in on that are not reaching their true value. I wonder if they will reset them? Probably not
