Edinburgh bicycle Co op dealings anyone ??

Hello all,

I wonder if anyone has had dealings with these people ? I ordered a bike from them which hasn't turned up on the day they said it would, now three days late ! I have tried to contact them via email to find out when it will arrive as I need to arrange for someone to be in ( if it arrives via Royal mail and no one is in it ends up 5 miles away ! not easy collecting a bike with a bike !) Should have thought about this before as they never answered any previous emails.

Not impressed !

Anyone had the same sort of thing ?

Worked it out now, the courier was given the wrong address so the bike has ended up 10 miles away. They have agreed to re-send but now I need to work out who I can find to be in. Had years of this as a HGV driver some people don't think it makes a lot of difference as to wether the delivery address is correct ?

All sorted now though.

Hi. I have had dealings with EBC. Only for smallish items i.e. workstand and a pair of pedals, though. Both items turned up on the day quoted although I did pay the extra £8.00 for nextday delivery. Would use them again quite happily.

I've just ordered some stuff on line - had two emails saying one of my items was at a different store and would be shipped when they were all togather, then another saying shipped. Just waiting for delivery.
