Its an interesting idea, and I'm surprised at how neat some of these drives look on the bike. But its not for me, I think it would take alot of the joy out of it for me. But then my regular commute is only 6 miles each way.

Another thought is that it would open up more possibilities for attaching things like trailers and towing much heavier loads, shopping, kids, junk to the tip etc.
