Elemnt Bolt not syncing to companion App

Banging my head against the wall on this one but since the weekend my rides are appearing on then Bolt head unit but won't sync over to the companion app and therefore Strava or anything else. Tried the usual unpairing and repairing to phone but nothing. Anyone else had this ? did you solve it and how.......

Is it pairing up and the rides just not going over?

Yes it's paired, i can do all the usual stuff (change settings etc) but rides don't go over

yes did that last night and although it synced all the historic rides it still misses the last ride...
