She doesn't look like she's cycling dangerously - she just happens to be breaking the law regarding carrying a passenger. Plenty of people (inc whole families) are carried in similar fashion every day all over the world without mishap...

It's the rest of the potential idiots out there who might cause her to come off who are dangerous...

Well frankly it chills the blood. Everyone knows Britain's roads are to be used in a spirit of fury and rage, or at the very least a bitter melancholy - the sooner this sick woman is locked away for her own good, the better.
