When I try to do this using Windows Mail it says that no profiles have been set up. It advises to go into Control Panel - Mail. A box comes up where you can add a profile. What does this mean?

It sounds like windows is trying to use an email client that hasnt been setup yet (Outlook is my guess).

What Operating System are you using?
What do you mean by "Windows Mail"? What steps do you take to get this far?

Windows Mail is what they call Outlook Express now. It's my default email system so it's set up as far as I know.
OS is Windows Vista.

Well I've tried to avoid Vista as much as possible so far. So Im not 100% on this, but:

Outlook Express didnt have "profiles", but outlook did. Are you sure your trying to use "Windows Mail" and not Outlook 2007?
