Wife bought one about 10 years ago, would use it occasionally (when legs felt tight and tired after cycling the previous day, it helped, but a easy cycle or walk had the same effect.

As I haven’t cycled for 3 years due to ill health, it was pulled out the cupboard as my legs are becoming tired & painful when walking up hill and it helps me.

If you exercise regularly I don’t think you need it.
If you don’t exercise it’s good for your legs.

Thanks. I do exercise most days but am suffering with very tight calfs and thighs. I have had an Arterial Brachial Test at the Doctors and it shows my right leg to be below the required level.

My right leg is where I have had multiple DVT's so my GP seems to think it may be connected to that.

I am now on the NHS waiting list to see a vascular specialist but that will probably not be this year!

I picked up a cheap and cheerful EMS Mat to see if it would help, been using it daily for a month but don't really know if it is doing any good if I am honest! Perhaps it will stop the situation getting any worse between now and any forthcoming remedy.
