Morning All. Has anybody had experience of spraying emulsion paint using something like this picture. I've used the 1 litre pot type before but ended up with number hands from the vibration of the gun / pump. Got a lot of painting coming up and ideally need an easy option short of employing someone.

Have used one like this, previously, with success.
Economic, makes the paint go a lot further.
Also great for large areas including ceilings. Decorating flats between tenants. Or when we were in "company housing"

A bit of practice and the masking off becomes less demanding. Follow instructions to dilute the paint carefully. Once you get the hang of it it becomes much easier.
Do wear a face mask and make sure the room is cleared or furniture completely covered.
Cleaning up is fiddly but no worse than washing out rollers.

Oh, and because the coats are thinner they dry quicker. Expect to do 4 coats, 1 vertical, 1 horizontal and do on.
Check which way the nozzle is polarizing the spray. Handy for cutting in.

Cheers folks. I think I'm going to definitely get one as I've got the whole house to do including 3 storey landing. Just go to decide which one. Suspect once I get it family will want to borrow it. Masking off doesn't bother me to be honest, done enough in the past
