End Cap Rotation and Centre Lock Disc?

Hi all,

Possible stupid question, I’ve recently bought a new wheelset with centre lock disc mounts. I’ve also needed to change the end caps on the wheelset from thru axle to QR.

On fitting the front disc centre lock, it stops the hub end cap spinning freely, is this normal? Never having had centre lock discs before I’m unsure 😂

No, it is not normal. We can all guess as to the cause or we could look at nice, in-focus photos and try and figure it out for you.
