end caps for m424 pedals

Does anyone know where I can buy replacement end caps for shimano m424 pedals
I hear that they are prone to falling out but I cannot find replacements anywhere.

I managed to get the parts from evans no problem,cant remember how much but i think it was near £15,might be worth your while spending the cash on a cheap pair of spd 520 about £20.

I have two pairs of these, one pair are years old, never had any problems with the end caps. Have you experienced problems or is this just hearsay?

I have had them about 9 months and the right cap has fell out leaving the cage loose, I guess they are still safe to use but the cage will probebly be damaged over time.
