End Of Year Sales

Can anyone tell me when the sales normally end,i know they usually begin in oct/november but at what point do they cease selling last years models and just sell the new years stock
I have my eye on a particular bike which i really want at Wiggle and im hoping to order before it disappears
And what happens to old models they dont sell?
